Your Committee
When your child joins Rainbow Playgroup you become a member of the playgroup. The setting is managed by members like yourself who volunteer each year to join our committee. The Committee take the overall responsibility of Rainbow Playgroup including employment of staff, management, finance and works closely with the Managers and Staff to ensure that the playgroup runs within the guidelines of the EYFS, Pre School Learning Alliance, Ofsted and the Charity Commission.
We encourage parents to become a committee member as this can be a very rewarding job which helps form close links with what is happening in the playgroup and your child's education.
